Individual Counselling

Couples Counselling

I completed my Master of Counselling Psychology degree at Adler University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University Long Beach. I am a busy mother of three and try to spend my free time connecting with my family and nature.

I have experience providing support to a range of individuals, teens and children who have struggled with anxiety, depression, attachment, parenting, life transitions, trauma, boundaries, emotional regulation, among others. I work by using a holistic approach during our time together. I draw upon Cognitive-Behavioral, Narrative, Client-Centered, Family Systems and trauma-informed frameworks. This means that I will follow your lead based on your comfort. Each session will progress at your pace, focusing on what you choose to bring into our space. As you are the expert on your experience, I don’t presume to know more. My role is simply to support you.

My intention for each session is to empower you to find the inner strength and peace that you may be looking for.

*Clients must be BC residents!
